THE JOB
Full-Time IT Support Specialist (Tier 1)
JOB DESCRIPTION
The role of the IT Support Specialist is to provide top-notch technical support, while troubleshooting basic technical issues such as password resets, printer configurations, and break/fix instructions to our users.
The IT Support Specialist is the backbone of our services and is critical to ensuring PCR’s IT help desk remains the best in the business.

- Are you able to perform the following duties?
- Monitor and respond promptly to incoming IT support requests and work to resolve or escalate issues as necessary?
- Document all your work on service tickets in the PCR ticketing system?
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times?
- Work cohesively with the team to ensure the very best service possible is delivered to all of our customers?
- Follow and maintain all internal security controls and confidentiality procedures?
DO YOU POSSESS THE FOLLOWING?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, information systems, or computer science (or equivalent work experience)?
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues?
- Extensive familiarity with Windows Operating Systems?
- Clear communication skills (both spoken and written), with the ability to write emails and explain technical products and processes in a conceptual and clear way to a non-technical audience?
PAY & BENEFITS
$22.00-31.00/hr. based on experience.
