We are thrilled to welcome Shane Goodsite to the PCR Business Systems team. Shane brings a wealth of IT knowledge to our managed services businesses and will act as our newest small business support specialist.
Shane is an extremely hard worker who worked in customer service for over 17 years before joining PCR. He really enjoys working with people and finds that helping customers overcome their issues is the greatest reward.
Shane got his first PC when he was 18 has been building his own ever since. He loves live music, trying out unique restaurants with his girlfriend, and spends most of his free-time PC gaming.

Hard to pick from dozens of moments. In high school I asked a teacher in front of the class if her grandson played French horn in the orchestra. It was her son… Still think about the way she looked at me when I am trying to sleep at night sometimes.
Proudest moment?
When my dad gave me my first organizer and management book when I got my first promotion into retail management.
Goal you have for yourself?
To travel to a new country
